From our beginnings as Mazowsze Bakery in 2006 to opening Masovia Craft Bakery in 2021, our mission has remained the same – making artisanal baking accessible to everyone. Now, with seven welcoming shops across the region, we bring traditionally crafted bread and treats directly to your neighbourhood.
 
Our doughnuts have earned a special place in customers’ hearts, often described as “the best doughnut of my life.” Our cakes bring people right back to memories of weekend baking, filling the house with irresistible aromas. Our Journey from Poland to Your Table

Every incredible journey begins with a dream, and ours started nearly two decades ago when two Polish immigrants, Pawel and Krzysztof, arrived on English shores seeking new opportunities.
Adjusting to life in the UK, they gradually realised something was missing – the hearty, wholesome loaves of bread they’d grown up with. Each time they sat down with a sandwich made from mass-produced white bread, the idea of creating something better began to take shape. This led to the birth of Mazowsze Bakery, which grew to supply around 400 shops with authentic bread, pastries, and cakes.
 
In 2021, something remarkable happened. When we opened Masovia Craft Bakery, we discovered that our passion for traditional baking resonated far beyond what we’d imagined. Our British customers shared the same yearning for authentic, carefully crafted bread—the kind their grandparents used to enjoy before the rise of supermarket chains. We realised that great bread isn’t about nationality; it’s about preserving a craft that belongs to all of us.
